HOTEL RULES
Arrival and departure

Arrival from 3:00 pm

Check-out before 11:00 am

Please return your keys upon checkout. A $350 MXN penalty will be charged if you lose them.
During your stay
-
Maximum 2 guests per room.

Pets welcome, always under supervision.

Parties or events within the establishment are prohibited.
-
No smoking inside the rooms. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.

Please observe the quiet hours: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Care and responsibility

Turn off the air conditioning, fans, lights, and unplug electrical appliances when you leave the room. Together we can take care of the environment.

Avoid wasting water: take short showers and don't wash clothes in the shower.
-
Do not flush paper, sanitary napkins, condoms, or plastics down the toilet; they can damage the biodigester system.
Cleaning and maintenance

Cleaning is done every third day, before 2:00 p.m.

For permanent stains on sheets or towels, a penalty of $300 MXN per item will be applied. (Hair dye, blood, non-water-based lubricants, and wine can damage these items.)
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES.
The following policies apply to all reservations made at Hotel 1969:
Cancellations

Reservations canceled 3 days or more prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund.

Reservations canceled 2 to 0 days prior to arrival, or in the event of a no-show, are non-refundable.

Cancellations due to force majeure (unforeseeable events such as natural disasters or emergency closures) may be rescheduled only once, without the option of a refund, and are subject to availability.
Refunds

In cases where a refund is applicable, it will be issued within 2 to 3 business days after confirmation of cancellation.

The time it takes for the amount to appear will depend on the customer's bank or payment method, as each institution has its own processing times.
